1. Payment Methods
• Preferred Payment Method: Zelle is the preferred method of payment or cheque hand delivered on 3weeks to the day of event.
• PayPal Notice: If paying through PayPal, please select the “Friends and Family” option to avoid fee deductions from the payment.

2. Deposit and Payment
• A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost is required at least 3-4 weeks prior to the scheduled shoot date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the shoot.

3. Late Payment Policy
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed-upon deadline will result in a late fee of $5 per day, accruing daily until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

4. Rescheduling and Deposit Policy
• The deposit is non-refundable. If the client’s plans change, they must notify ShotBySainty at least 14 days prior to the shoot date to reschedule.
• No-shows on day of shoot or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• A deposit is required to confirm the service. No deposit = No service.

5. Shoot Duration and Additional Time
• Services will be provided within the agreed-upon start and end time.
• Any additional time requested beyond that window will incur a $150/hour overtime charge.

6. Cancellation by Provider
• If I am unable to attend the shoot for any reason, I will provide the client with advance notice and issue a full refund of the deposit.

7. Delivery Timeline, Revisions, and Expedited Requests
• Edited deliverables will be provided within 7–15 business days following the client’s final payment.
• An expedited delivery fee of $200 applies for delivery within 3–5 business days.
• Clients are allowed up to two (2) revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will incur a $75 fee per revision.

8. Ownership, Copyright, and Licensing
Under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code § 201), the creator of a photo or video is the legal copyright holder.
• All final deliverables represent the completed and edited work of ShotBySainty Productions.
• Raw, unedited files are not included unless requested and approved in advance. If approved, raw files may be released at the videographer’s discretion for an additional fee of 15%–30% of the total project cost, with a separate licensing agreement.
• All raw and edited footage remains the sole property of ShotBySainty Productions. The client is purchasing a license to use the final, edited content — not the full ownership or copyright.
• The client may not resell, redistribute, or alter the content without prior written consent from ShotBySainty.

9. Privacy & Exclusivity Policy (NEW)
• By default, ShotBySainty Productions retains the right to use any footage or images captured during the project for promotional, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
• If the client requests partial privacy (e.g., limited or delayed posting), a 15% privacy fee will apply.
• If the client requests full exclusivity (i.e., no use of footage or images on any public platform), a privacy fee of 25%–30% of the total project cost will apply.
• These fees cover the cost of limiting the use of our creative work and the lost marketing potential.
